MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order but we recommend purchasing more than one item to improve your profitability.
PAYMENTS
Payments are in euros € and we accept all credit or debit cards, also payment by bank transfer and PayPal (in Portugal).
VAT
Prices quoted on this site do include VAT.
European Union customers who, at the time of ordering, provide a valid VAT number will not be liable to pay Spanish VAT currently at 21% on intra-community transactions.
If a VAT number is not provided, the VAT in force in the country of destination of the order will be charged. If you order online, you will notice that you must enter your VAT number. Please note that you may be required to pay customs duties in your country upon receipt of the goods.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt. Customs fees and DUA will be paid at destination upon receipt of the package by the recipient.
ESTIMATED TIME
We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days (please note at peak times (October to December) orders may take up to 3 working days.
For orders placed after 4.30pm the working day starts at 9am the following day. Orders are collected by couriers between 2pm and 4.30pm.
PACKAGING
All packages are packed without mentioning Sunoom unless this is one of our branded products, manufactured or imported by ourselves. The ingredient list is included in bath products such as soaps and bath bombs.
