These Delivery Terms and Conditions outline how we process and ship orders to our customers. By placing an order on Sunoom.pt, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and the size of the order. The available options will be shown during checkout.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may apply for orders over a certain value (please check our promotions page for more details).
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard Shipping: Delivery times generally range from 5 to 12 business days within Portugal, depending on the availability of the products and the delivery location.
International Shipping: Delivery times to European countries typically range from 7 to 15 business days, and other international destinations may take longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to external factors such as customs processing, weather, and transport delays.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email notification if there are any delays in processing your order.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the following locations:
Portugal (mainland and islands)
European Union countries
International shipping to select countries (please check during checkout for availability).
If you are in a region we do not currently ship to, please contact us for further assistance at geral@sunoom.pt.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link to track the shipment. You can also track your order directly through our website by logging into your account and checking your order status.
6. Customs and Duties (for international orders)
For orders shipped outside Portugal and the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office for any additional charges that may apply before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs processing or duties at the destination.
7. Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery and we are unable to contact the customer for re-shipment, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the order, minus the shipping cost.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order is damaged during delivery, or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment at geral@sunoom.pt. We will assist in resolving the issue.
In cases of damaged items, we may require photographs of the damage and packaging as proof.
9. Order Modifications
Once an order is placed, we aim to process it quickly. However, if you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at geral@sunoom.pt.
Modifications or cancellations can only be made if the order has not been processed or shipped.
10. Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the rare case that a package is lost during shipping, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate and recover the package. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a refund or send a replacement order, depending on the situation.
11. Changes to Delivery Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Delivery Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
