3. International Shipping Fees

European Union: Shipping costs to European Union countries are calculated based on the delivery address and weight of the order. Costs will be displayed at checkout.

Rest of the World: International shipping fees to countries outside the European Union will vary depending on the destination and order weight. These fees will be displayed at checkout.
4. Handling and Packaging Fees
We do not charge separate handling or packaging fees. The shipping fee you see at checkout is the total shipping cost, including packaging, handling, and transportation.
5. Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

Portugal (Mainland and Islands): The estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 12 business days.

European Union: Estimated delivery time ranges from 7 to 15 business days.

Rest of the World: Delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination and customs processing. For most international destinations, delivery time ranges from 10 to 20 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and transport delays.

For international shipments (outside of Portugal and the European Union):

Customs Duties and Taxes: International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Customs Delays: Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide, but certain restrictions may apply. If you are in a country where we do not offer shipping, please contact us at geral@sunoom.pt, and we will assist you with alternative shipping options.
8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to track the shipment. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
9. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at geral@sunoom.pt. Changes to the shipping address can only be made if the order has not been dispatched yet.
