2. Dropshipping Model
Sunoom acts as an intermediary between the customer and our supplier. Products are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse located outside Portugal (primarily within Europe), which may affect delivery times.
3. Ordering Process

Once the order and payment are confirmed, it is processed and shipped by our supplier.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT at the legal rate applicable in Portugal.

5. Delivery Times

All products sold by Sunoom are covered by a 2-year legal warranty, in accordance with Portuguese law. In case of a defect, customers should contact us with photos and the order number.

Sunoom shall not be held responsible for:

Damages resulting from misuse of the products.
